Current trends in the cryptocurrency market reflect, in our opinion, the emergence of a new alternative asset class. If at the beginning of the trend crypto assets attracted only technically "advanced" professionals and "crypto-anarchists", now even conservative investors consider them as a potential investment opportunity.

There is a clear demand for an alternative asset class that can bring investors’ returns above the traditional "average" level in the long term. The cryptocurrency industry is still in its early stages of development. As the crypto-assets increase in price, more people come into the industry.

The rapid development of cryptocurrencies is an opportunity for investment not only for regular users but for big corporations too. This growth of digital money is a result of technological improvements and the world is constantly trying to use decentralized allocations as a paying method.

BORCOIN (BRC) is an ERC-20 token for a decentralized community to support charity, fundraising, cryptocurrency investments and funds transfers. The name BORCOIN comes from the 5th Chemical Element BORON. Boron is a chemical element with the symbol B and atomic number 5. Boron occurs as an orthoboric acid in some volcanic spring waters, and as borates in the minerals borax and colemanite. The largest known deposits are in Turkiye, the largest producer of boron minerals.


Turkiye and the United States are the largest producers of boron products. Turkiye produces more than half of the global yearly demand, through Eti Mine Works - a Turkish state-owned mining and chemicals company focusing on boron business. And U.S. Borax, part of Rio Tinto, is a global leader in the supply and science of borates —naturally— occurring minerals containing boron and other elements.

Boron is a multipurpose element. It's a crucial nutrient for plants, an important component in the nuclear industry and the main ingredient of a bizarre fluid called oobleck. As you can see, Boron is a very useful element. It is being used widely in many different industries such as Agriculture, Metallurgy, Health, Energy, Wood Protection, Cleaning, Glass, Insulation, and many others.

That is the reason we have chosen BOR as the name of our Coin. We are doing our best to make BORCOIN (BRC) become a widely used coin, which will help our project to be useful for many people worldwide.

Our vision

In upcoming two years we plan to expand BORCOIN team to more than 100 people, including volunteers, analysts, risk managers, lawyers, software developers. Together, they will cooperate to make systematic investment of funds, manage charity programs, consult our partners worldwide, evaluate high-tech startup projects, and work towards implementing all the projects to bring them to life.

Even if at first glance it may seem that our team is working to increase income from investments, in fact, generating income is only one part of our activities. Below you can find the detailed explanation of the distribution of income.

The income from our activities is planned to be divided into several parts:

• 40% of the income will go to reinvestment in long-term investment instruments. Thus, we plan to ensure a gradual increase in our capital.
• 30% of the income we plan to spend on the development of the project. Obviously, the more people involved in the project, the more effective our programs will be, which are aimed at providing assistance to poor people.
• 20% of the income will go to pay salaries to staff and volunteers, thanks to whom our project functions and develops.
• 10% of the income will be allocated to reserve capital. This is necessary to provide the project with liquidity in case of unforeseen situations, for example COVID-19.

As you can see, the main purpose of our project is to provide support to people who need that support. In order to make it possible, we need finances, personnel and time. We plan to develop our project to the level where the income from invested funds would be sufficient to cover all expenses required to support the activities of our teams all around the world. BORCOIN, once it is listed on crypto exchanges, will become a good instrument for investment.

After being listed on such exchanges as Coinbase, Binance, and other known crypto markets, its price is expected to increase and this will provide a good chance for the investors to make good profit.

From our side, we as a team will initiate the planned programs to reinvest money, to support different projects, to spend money for charity and we will also expand our activities on supporting prospective startup projects. We believe that all these activities will contribute to the development of different parts of the world.
